Executive Management

Our staff and management team is an integral part of our success, with over 30 in house employees and growing as well as a broad sub-contractor base; we have the personnel and ability to undertake any size task. 

Ryan Seddon President/CEO and Director Mr. Seddon comes from a family of builders stretching back from his grandfather to the present. Mr. Seddon holds an Associates degree from Palm Beach Community College and is a Florida state certified General Contractor (CGC), certified Pollutant Storage System Contractor, (PSSC), Certified Mold Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) and a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC). Before starting with Surge in 2001, Mr. Seddon was a managing partner in a telecommunications company.

Vaughn Stoll CFO Vaughn Stoll serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Although Mr. Stoll’s area of expertise is in Accounting and Finance, he also comes from a family of builders. Mr. Stoll graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and went on to achieve a Master’s Degree in Accounting with a Specialization in Auditing and Accounting Information Systems at the University of South Florida. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. Before joining Surge, Mr. Stoll was Chief Financial Officer for a modular building manufacturer and construction company specializing in educational construction. Prior to that position, Mr. Stoll served in roles in both international and regional public accounting firms. Currently, Mr. Stoll is a member of the Board of Directors for both the South Florida Manufacturer’s Association and The Global Partnerships Initiative, Inc.
