Surge Solutions Group Interior Services Division provides tenant build-out improvements with detailed, quality-controlled delivery.  Our customers benefit from the personalized professional attention provided by our ISD personnel. From small single-source-occupied retail or office space, to large multi-tenant-space improvements, our teams find the right people for the job. We match individual talent with the requirements of the project to quickly and competently deliver high-quality results. ISD was created specifically to meet your small to mid-size project needs.

In addition, our personnel get to know you – you get to know them.  We strive to make the same team available for you, from project to project.  We listen and learn, which allows us to better anticipate impending issues and proactively put contingency plans in place to ensure the desired end result.
The ISD also administers our Warranty-Plus program.  Upon construction warranty expiration, our Warranty-Plus team will inspect your building.  Clients may request additional build-out improvements after “living-in” the space for a year.  We will perform those necessary special services on an “open-book” basis with a minimal fee, and remain available throughout the lifetime of your building, offering inspections and improvement services, upon your request.
