Executive Management

Our staff and management team is an integral part of our success, with nineteen in house employees and a broad sub-contractor base; we have the personnel and ability to undertake any size task. 

Daniel Vannest Senior Estimator Mr. Vannest completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E) from Michigan Technological University in May of 1998 and a Masters in Business and Administration (M.B.A.) from the Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in May of 2005. Mr. Vannest has almost a decade of hands on experience in Fortune 500 companies, including John Deere Corporation where he served as a quality engineer, and the DaimlerChrysler Corporation where he was a member of operations management.  Mr. Vannest joined Surge in June 2005 as a lead estimator and project manager.  He has since gone on to continue his education by becoming a Certified Mold Remediator.
